Generally, no your husband cannot force you to leave the home unless there is some sort of abuse involved and you are the abuser. Many times, however, it is a good idea for one of you to leave. In Texas, and I am not sure about other states, but a specific Court order is required in order to make you leave the house. I do think you should talk with an attorney though.
