HELP! Support for the older children!!! The 20-30 somethings whose parents divorce.

Where can someone find support? There's plenty of reading material for divorce and the effects on young children, but what about adults whose parents divorce? The 20's-30's somethings? I have 2 close friends, early 30's who parents have just recently split. And they are so lost, and are having trouble with trust and starting new realtionships of their own, please help!!!
