settlement through paralegal

Paid paralegal 700.oo she wants more.  Wife wants 50% of pension. Does that include what I earned before we were married?  Does she get part of my collection that was given to me.  I didn't pay for this collection.  Does she get some of my social security?  I am out of work and will apply for ssDisability.    Does she pay for her expensive medical bills?

if you are paying for a paralegal, you should know the answers to these questions. you're not getting your moneys worth.  most divorces/most states are 50/50.  but no, it does not include assets prior to marriage, like 401k income before you married.    you need to get either a second opinion paralegal or talk to the one you have about getting better answers.
