filing for divorce today in Augusta. My wife a little over a year ago sat me down and said she had met Matthew Perry on Line on myspace and was leaving me to marry him. I was shocked to say the least . Well as you all have guessed it was a role player. She then proceded to make my life a living hell. As well as my children. I had to go out of state to go to school in September of that same year. She spent all the money with out paying bills put the 2nd car in repo ( she did the first while I was in Iraq. ) put me in thousands of dollars in debt . then in december .she took off with my children and would not tell me where they were. I finally got to see them 2 weeks ago. .. they are saying Mommy scares them she threatens to hurt them if she does not have cigerettes . She gets very loud and angry if things dont go her way and it scares them. I have been paying 350.00 every 2 weeks(not court ordered) for my boys and now having to go thru bankruptcy the court said with a chapter 13 i cant afford to pay more than 200 every 2 weeks. She screams and says if i dont pay her she will not let me see the kids or talk to them .she has since moved to WV . I want my boys but cant afford a lawyer is there any help out there I am scared for my sons.
