Little background first, My marriage has been over for years and both of us know it. We just recently though decided to file for divorce. He lives out of state and I am in a house that we still own(his name is on it) with 3 kids . He may or may not be in a relationship, I dont know. My question is this. I met a guy that I really like and feel its time for my kids to meet him. (all judgement comments aside) I want to know if there is anything my husband can do to stop this or if this is "not allowed" and will have repurcussions legally later. Live in Indiana, a no fault state. My husband has been pretty good about things because we have almost filed before but never did. Now that it's really happening he's not taking it so well and is verbally abusive. So, sorry for the book, but I would like an answer by anyone who knows, can I (not should I) introduce my kids to this man?
