I also should have said legal or not, it's still tacky and tasteless!  My ex as much as told me he was having sex as soon as he filed - and he refused to move out of the house, so I had to live with that knowledge while seeing him.  Yuck!

Morality aside, it's also pretty tacky and tasteless.  Acting with good taste and grace really seems to be something people struggle with nowadays!

Well if you are asking legally, it depends on where you live, and if it is a legal separation or not.

Morally, only YOU can answer that question of what you feel is right in your soul.  He, obviously, thinks it is okay, and he will have to live with that decision.  Take care of yourself, and if he's moving on like that, don't concern yourself with his poor decisions anymore.  Stare straight ahead at that light at the end of the tunnel until you are surrounded by it.  Good Luck!

Until the divorce is finalized by the judge the state where you are married and the good Lord expects a husband and wife to honor their vouls.  Since my wife couldn't stick to one man during our 12 year marriage, she thought I was an idiot to expect her to wait a couple of months for our divorce to go through.  I know we shouldn't judge but you shouldn't lower your standards because of other that can't respect others or know what integrity is.

Ask yourself why you would want to know. Is it so you can have someone say its okay? I don't mean to be cruel, I just know how it would feel if my husband did it to me. It would still be adultery if you are still married. No matter how bad the relationship or if the other one did it first.
