Need an answer

I am married 2 years no kids in new jersey. I was hurt in a accident before i met my wife. I think there is millions coming from it. Does she get any if i divorce her.

It is considered separate property provided you open a separate account and do not co-mingle it with marital funds, such as a joint banking account.
