my son who married the mother of his son, who is almost 5 has walked out on wife and child last weekend 4/27/08. he met someone at a bar and has been seen out in public more than once with her. he has not paid bills in a while. they married sept 07 after living together almost 2 yrs. they have been in a mostly on relationship for 6 1/2 yr. so can she get any court ordered support from him NOW and should she wait for him to file divorce or will it matter if she does first??? she did not want this. he did. please advise asap!
