Joint Liability

spouse started S-Corp and borrowed substancial amount of funds for the S-Corp.  Company was in financial despair and spouse tried to file bankruptcy.  Other partners in S-Corp stopped the filing stating fraudulent records.  Spouse now has a judgement to pay the entire sum of debt to the partners.  Can my spouse inflict me with 50% of the judgement during the divorce? Is it considered joint liability?
