Foreclosure Imminent

My husband is more than 2 months behind with his share of the mortgage on the primary residence (which he is living in) and rental property.  Both properties are close to having a foreclosure process begin (if mortgage is in arrears for 90 days).  How quickly can I get before a judge?  What kind of hearing would I be asking for?  I'm afraid I'm going to lose everything.  If he was purposeful in losing the properties, can this be taken into account in final divorce hearing?
