Enough Proof??

I have gotten pictures of my soon to be ex's car at another mans house, and text messages on her phone talking about meeting up with him. I also have a eye witness that had went to the guys house to install cable for them and saw them in the bed together. Is this enough for proof of cheating on me to hold up in court?

as far as the pictures they really don't prove anything. And the Text messages Won't hold up unless it has something in them about them having sex previously, and in the future. But mainly previously. And the Eye witness will help out a lot. I believe everything will hold up. But if she is running around then she probaly won't give you any trouble with the divorce.
