My have been awarded child support and ex has visitations rights. Our child is 5yrs. old and we have been apart as of May 2007. she is still grieving her dad's absence. He has now moved in with his new girlfriend. I do no feel that this is a good environment for my daugher. It will make her all the more confused. Do i have a legal leg to keep her away from him...
