I need a divorce, me and my husband havent been together for over 1 1/2 years. I want to divorce him now with out him signing any thing I dont know where he lives and I have met some one new, Please help me

It's 6 months here in Louisiana from when you file as of 1991. Some states will differ although child support is standard in the 50 states thanks to Bill Clinton.

Check with at attorney. I don't know how to get a divorce if the other person doesn't sign. I'm sure there are ways to get around it, but it may take some time.
