threat to flee from paying child support

I recently divorced from my ex after two years of marriage and two young children. one and a half months later he remarried to a lady he met online from Africa. He failed to pay the support and his reason was he fixed his car, pay his lawyer and save money to go look for a job when he still has a good paying job. He threat me that if I don't waive the support payment then he will quit his job and left to another country. What can I do?? I'm depending on that support until I can be on my two feet. The find him in contempt and if he failed again he will get punish..I still afraid might he take off with his new wife without comply by with the court order.
