moving out

We are not getting along and things haven't been good. I want to move out. what are my legal rights and do I stand to loose anything by moving out. We have teenage kids and the fighting is out of control and continuous.

there are so many issues in divorce and it's impossible for anyone to tell you what will happen financially, unless you talk to a lawyer.  hopefully you two can work this out in a civil way, without having to spend tons of money battling in court.  but typically, these decisions are made by factoring in many issues:  how long have you been married, what state you live in, number of kids, ages, income, assets and debts, name on the deed for the house, who works/who stays home/how long/work history, etc.etc.etc.  the list goes on and it can get complex.  your best bet is to talk to a laywyer after you have drafted a complete budget and assets/debts list.  hope this helps you.  i'm sorry you are going thru this. but things do get better.
