lost loved ones

i have lost my mom brother and wife and 3 kids in one year how do i stop the pain and have no where to turn have tried to commit suiside 4 time in 1 month i just cant stand the pain

Jackson is right. Talk to a counselor. Speak to a therapist. this kind of lost can be devastating to even the strongest people. I can't even begin to know your hurt, but I'm sorry. If you need to vent or talk, we're all here for you. Post a Journal, and let some of this out. We're here to do what we can, but if I were in your situation, I know I couldn't make it without talking to somebody like a therapist. It's just too much to carry on your own. You're in my prayers stingisback.

You have had it tough. You need to get help and find someone to talk to . Check the information center box to the right of this entry. You need to be strong for your family. Yes you have suffered such tragedy that no one should have to go through but you sound like a great person that the world needs right now. Pick your chin up and make your family proud. I will keep you in my prayers and looking forward to hearing your progress. Keep us posted. We are here for you.
