My spouse filed a PPO against me following mediation. He has not complied with any of the Stipulations from prior Orders. I was told by my attorney the Judgment of Divorce, although not signed, has been agreed upon by both parties therefore vacating all other orders. My husband cites an ex parte order from June as well as a stipulation from the October hearing in his request for a PPO. My husband gave me Herpes, lied to me for years about his cheating, lied in his interrogatories and failed to provide complete answers. His request is filled with lies. If the JOD vacated all prior Orders, how can he use them in his request? I plan on representing myself, Pro Se, in my Petition to Terminate PPO. I live in Michigan. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
