self divorce

i live in nc, my wife lives 500 miles in tn. i did the divorce self kit myself but i put her down as the plaintiff because she agreed. i did this hoping i would not have to go to court. do you think i will have to go to tn, 500 miles away for the divorce since i am not the one filing.

you could hire an attorney where the action was filed and they could handle it for you.
