If you have a marriage licesen then you are married. No divorce is cheap unless you both can agree on everything and you can have someone from the courts or an attorney to arbortrait the divorce. or if you can agree on an attorney then you can split the cost and you could be divorced in 6 months unlike me its been almost 2 years and 20,000 later all for him to take it to trial
