How do you know when you really had enough or you are just having one of those falling outs.And does any one else spouse cause them headaches,and feeling of a cramp in the top of their stomach.

Honey, if you're not sure you want to leave, then just separate for a little. Move out on your own, or move in with family or friends. Being apart will definitely let you know if you're done with the relationship or if there's still something you can work on. Stay strong.

I agree with Mary. Do you still love your spouse? How many kids do you have & the ages? What is going on to make you think & feel this way? What is making you feel suicidal? Please don't consider this an option since your kids need you & you can & will get through this. Tell us more about your situation so we can understand better. We are all friends here and everyone is here to help.
