Poll: Would You Sign A Prenuptial?

Prenups seem to be more common nowadays.

Here are a few examples of some of the more creative prenup terms:

  • A spouse being limited to no more than one football game on Sunday during the season.
  • A spouse being allowed to opt out of all vacations with in-laws.
  • The use of frequent-flier miles as payback if a spouse was proven to be cheating.
  • Limiting a wife's weight to 120 pounds, with a penalty of $100,000 if she gained a pound or two.

Poll question: Would you sign a prenup?

Not only would I sign one but I probably be the one to push for it. I started my own company and have multiple other assets that I want to go to my own children. If I were to remarry he would get certain things willed to him but that would be it. My kids need to be taken care of. Football ..good grief...that is a little ridulous...buy him his own tv..It would be for ridiculous things like that but as a financial protector.
