Husband Blew 150,000 of life savings on a business behind my back?

My husband's brother operated a IT company and sold it in the late 90's.  Husband was employed by brother.  Recieved 250,000 in buyout.  Started own company.   Successful for about five years. Then blew 150,000 by trying to make his company work.  (by the way- behind my back)  To my own fault, did not pay attention because I never believed he would rape our family that way.  Today, he has been unemployed for 6 months, barely even looking.  Oh, yeah I started an MBA online program in September and have been feeling not only work stress, family stress and school stress- now I have to take care of everybody.  I get up every day get ready for work and he is still in bed.  Here's the kicker, he drives the kids everywhere, takes care of them, etc.  Great if I made enough money, but I don't - my 15-year mortgage is 44% of my take home pay.  How do I get out of this and still give my kids what they need?

it sounds like he is depressed.  if this is a one time error, i say you need to forgive and forget.  if this is one in a long stream of mistakes, i think you two need to talk.
