I feel or look like a zombie now a days....i'm usually a late night sleeper...but since my husband and i separated...i guess the stress adds on and i know it's not healthy..but it's really hard to sleep when you've got so much in your head trying to figure things out everyday...it sucks...i just don't like taking any sleeping pills, so i just deal with it in any way i can..hopefully soon i have my sleeping beauty back..

I have always loved numbers, so Sudoku helps me a lot. When I feel down and when I could not focus on anything, I will try a couple games before bed. Someone says the game is addictive, and I figure that's exactly what I need right now.

If you think about your separation all the time, you need to force yourself to stop. When my stbx first left, I thought about him a lot more than he was with me. It made me feel very sad. So every time, my mind starts to go down that road, I try to find something else to do. One afternoon, I watched "Moonstruck" three time in a row. I didn't get anything done, but I was not miserable. It is hard, but it can be done. Good luck!

Whoa, got a political reference in here? On that note, they ( President Candidates) both SUCK and it just matters the size of the "thumb"... Zzzzzzzzzzzz

I write things down before I go to sleep and sleep with the tv on sometimes. First I write about 5 positive blessings that have happened...then onto my rants.  Or I log onto this site and read and write, helps too. Just know this time in your life will pass.  You'll find something that works. Baby Steps.....
