my ex-hub has my kids, I pay chld supprt., This is to be "my weekend", daughters 13th b-day, cannot get in touch w/ them because their phone service is off.  They live 3 hrs. away from me, he Never meets me.  I didn't go get my kids, not sure where they would be.  Tomorrow, they play ball up there, I don't know what time, do I spend the money on gas, maybe they are playing, maybe not, no one to give me any info up there.  I am sick about this, worried about my kids.
