Things that will curl your hair....

I will have been married for 30 yrs this July...but have been with him since I was a teenager..the things that have happened over the years..have made people come right out and ask,,Why are you with him..I do not know..We have 4 children,,all grown now..But..My Oldest is severly impaired...Thus she needs 24/7 care...for which Igive her..I have tried workin gout of the home..and things happen...he has gotten me fired form my jobs,,or her comes in and causes situations that I can't handle..I am now 50 yrs old..my children do not want me to stay alone with him...he has pulled a gun on me...hit me...ridiculed me..pushed me...chocked me...i get no money...unless I ask,,and have to show reciepts for every penny...have to account for every minute that I am away from the house...I never ever do anything right....he is a habitual offender in the court system..Although he has a very good job...I am scared to leave..he is gonna be a stalker...i am sure...Can I do this...or not??

You need to leave immediately and get a restraining order.  No one deserves that kind of treatment.  You can make it on your own.....

Thank you for your advise...I am going very soon...I have something lined up for me and my oldest daughter...He does scare me...but I am going to do this for her an my other children...as For ME...its my turn to be the happy person I once was...I am only going to say that I am going to another town...and thats it....I will be in touch...for now we are safe...but the future is just that...the future and we can't prdict that...Thank You and God Bless you all...

You have to file for a restraining order, and you must leave
He should not know where to. Either a shelter or some other place.
 Do not even tell your children where you  are.

Please go to your nearest women's shelter and leave with the help of a counselor there.  You may have to escape without him knowing.  This man sounds capable of hurting you and you need to protect yourself FIRST.  Guys like this are dangerous, they're the ones that wind up in the headlines for murdering their wives.    PLEASE get expert help before you leave him, and make sure you are safe before you do anything.   I am worried about you.
