thanks spaznskitz

I found a lawyer just moved to my area, needs to build up practice, made the funeral arrangements with me for the money.

has lots of litigation experience, and good track record.

She told me i will likely get the alimony as well as child support, andthat we can likely get the ex to buy me out of the business, making part of the divorce, which will help make it enforceable.
I really appreciate what you do here.

on the e-mail here - it makes it seem like you are getting an e-mail in your regular mail - but you have to actually come onto divorce360 and use the mail on here - what comes in your regular e-mail is just an image of what you got on here - you can't reply through your regular mail.

congrats on getting custody -

thank you,
i tried to respond to  your e mail but it bounced back,
 I will do that am.
we really do not  have any assets other than the cash business, I already have received custody of our son, it is just the wrong time of year for this to happen. I need to get a better division of the money, i signed an agreement to the DV case two days ago,  i got custudy but no child support order was issued. I thought that my best move was to take the bird in the hand, then move for the money

thanks

you can go down to your local superior court and apply for legal aid  - that is really your only option for free legal help.

the other option is to just hit the phone book and get free consults from any attorney that has them and discuss the option of a payment plan for fees.
