Current Dilemma

My ex lives in a 7 million dollar house and claims he earns 13,000 annual to evade child support.

Who can order an IRSĀ  audit my ex so that his true income is exposed? As I struggle as a single parent with our two sons, he has abandoned them in every sense.
It has been 4 years since divorce and I think he has seen the boys age 7 &5 twice for one hour each time.
The shocking heart wrenching thing is that our 6 year old son was born with congenital heart disease, has had 4 open heart surgeries etc and he doesnt care the least.
So while I run to many dr's, pick up prescriptions make ends meet etc he basks by the pool of his 7 million dollar home on the water in southern Florida. His monthly mortgage payment is aprox $35,000.00. His mortgage app must have shown actual income of aprox 1.5 million annually yet his personal tax he claimed that he only made $13,000.00.

Tell your lawyer of the dilema. He can request that the judge get tax records . Get your child support evaluated...If he shows not enough income to pay for such a home then MAYBE he needs to sell the home to take care of HIS responsibilities. stupid irresponsible people. He needs to take care of his kids.
Good luck.
