The paramour

This may sound very strange. But is there any laws about being able to sue the paramour that continued in a relationship with your spouse, after being told he was married.  Maybe if there were a few laws to backup us up, so many people wouldn't be so quick to  join in an adultress relationship.

North Carolina has a law concerning alienation of affection.
South Carolina is trying to pass a similar law. You can sue the other man or woman for damages they caused to your marriage. There are some more states but I only know these two.

I absolutely think that paramours should be accountable for their actions.  These people seem to think that they can make their own rules.  I could only hope that the court system would get tougher on them.
