child support

My ex is supposed to pay me every friday. Well, it was due today and he decieded he was tired of writing me checks and is having a third party mail it to me once a month, which will leave me without my check for a whole month. I have bills to pay . Should I call the lawyer or let it go?

If he wants to pay once a month I'd presume it would be the month before payment is due (ie: March's payments would be paid on March 1). That means now that he switched it he needs to give you a check for the rest of this month now and begin on the first of next month.
