What am I entitled to?

My husband and I hve been separated after 1 and a half years of marriage. We were in process of adopton and he backed out. Since he left he has not contributed to expenses hardly and he is living free at his sisters. I make 1 fouth of his salery. am I entitled to receive any money from his retirement or should I just walk away ?
