my hopefully soon to be x lives seperate were both in ohio. for 2007 he only paid 100.00 in taxes.. he changes his exemptions so that he taxes were not taken out... we have one child living with me. custody not yet worked out. and i am living in the house we own. i payed taxes and had extra taken out. attorney wants us to file together. of course i don't want this as he has to pay back taxes and i get a large return.
