Should I turn her in for non payment like she did the father, and let her sit in jail until caught up?

let it go and see if the state picks it up

She will not be able to get caught up if she is in jail. She needs to have a stern warning from the court to make her get caught up.

Usually it takes a long time of being behind to be put in jail. sometimes the court system can send a letter to let them know if they don't they will go to jail and it can be very effective.
