Carol focuses on helping professionals realize their financial goals of educating children or grandchildren, preparing for a secure retirement, creating a legacy for their family or through philanthropic initiatives. She specializes in assisting divorcing spouses understand the economic consequences of the divorce process so they obtain a settlement that is financially feasible. Since 1988 Carol has been providing financial advice to individuals, couples and business owners. In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant, Carol is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, a registered representative and an investment advisor representative. She is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Delaware Chapter; Wilmington Tax Group; Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. Her non profit involvement includes serving on the board and as Development Chair of the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence, as a Board Member and Vice President for the Delaware Financial Literacy Institute; and as the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Delaware Chapter. For her support of women in the regional business community Carol was named the Women in Business Champion of the Year for 2008 by the Small Business Administration’s Delaware Office. Carol’s planning practice has been featured in The New York Times, The News Journal in Wilmington, Del., and Delaware Today magazine, where she was recognized as a 2006 Woman in Business honoree.
