A moment of clarity

"Calling the cops was her favorite thing, it got to the point where they were taking my side so don't worry too much about that. "  I just posted that to a blog, can it be that I am really getting past the hurt caused by the xw?  It just came out, and actually felt ok, all the panic attacks, the tears and fears maybe just maybe I am healing.  It is a strange feeling I don't have tears or fears just feeling better.  This is kind of a weird feeling for me.

I understand why you feel weird. Is it something you feel most of the time? What about hearing voices or seeing bugs crawling all over you? Is that something you would say is normal you?

A moment of clarity is a fake moment. Clarity is not a moment but a process of understanding. If you think you had a moment of clarity, your misunderstanding might have come from your feeling weird.

When was the last time you seen a mental health doctor? Maybe it's time to see one.

YES!  You will get to that point where you realize you really don't care.  I can see it in you.  It's little things like this that show just how far you have come.  You know how proud I am of you!  (((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))

Thanks Chelley and SJG, it is a good feeling, strange after everything that has happened in my life.  Better to be moving forward though, got to get back up to the balcony.  I don't like being stuck between the basement and the balcony.

I know what you mean I just posted how I feel strange. I like my own company. I like me.
Yep, you sound like you are healing to me. It sort of catches you off guard..You stop think and realize that it has been awhile since you felt whatever or even thought about them.
Keep up the good work. It feels good to start getting off the rollercoaster ride. I don't think I will ever ride that ride again.
(((((hugs))))))) Take care of you
