My ex makes me want to puke!

OMG, my ex continually requests to be my friend on facebook, he is so deceitful that he uses several names to get logged on since I blocked him last time.  I see his smirk, the long list of women he has on there as friends all waaaay younger than him, makes me want to throw up.  I am not jealous, I cant care less...what makes me want to puke is that I once thought I was in love with that man!  I doubt he is anything like the man I used to love...he went off the deep end, he looks sooo desperate, he is still looking for someone to love him I guess.  He looks funny actually and not that cool...geeze how do I stop him from stalking me?  Could I take legal action?  Isnt it like harrassment?

I was having trouble with the OW emailing me.  I finally called the police dept and found out my options.  Now that they have everything on record if she emails me one more time I can file harassment charges.

Do research kiddie.  You can never have too much information.  Then take action.  He shouldn't be allowed to torment you this way.  Hang in there!

I think what he is doing is a violation of anti stalking laws and he can be charged, but I am not sure of which laws apply. If you know spaz on this site, you can ask her. She is super smart with this kind of thing. I hope for you, he just lets you go so you can move on. Good luck.
