had to have another surgery today 

 Today I had surgery on my shoulder again it was just a out patient job a quicky is what I call them any more only put 3 little holes in me this time they were fixing the little bit of muscle I have seems it came loose where the plate holds it in place that is number 28 surgeries for me in 26 months  took about a hour is all the wasn't very bad either just stayed about a 8 on the pain scale I normally live with a 7 on the pain scale next thursday I have 2 more being done one to fix a hole in my stomack from all the meds. this the second time for that one  the other is having my throat streched it has been closing for the past year and now very hard to swallow it got so bad that all I eat is soft foods for last 2 months I'm to fat any way  so this is helping to lose some of it I normally around 215 went to 265 now am back to 246 hard to lose fat when all you can to is just sit around
