How do I move on/forward

She left me penniless, foodless, jobless, homeless, and hopeless, I am unable to even follow through with divorce due to finances and I don't know where she is.  I don't qualify for any type of state aid because I don't have a job and she has the kids with her; I can't find a job because I don't have an address or phone.  I'm in my car and its been well over a year and from what I could find out through the courts she hasn't even filed for a divorce...  Is it just me being depressed or am I just plain screwed??

Unfortunately, the shelters are turning people away...  I am looking suggestions that I haven't already thought of.  As it turns out; and forgive me if I've already mentioned these, my car blew the water pump, the heater core, a freeze plug, and a head or head gasket at approx. the same time.  From my point of view the paranoids are out to get me... (feeble attempt at humor), with my employment, money, car, address, phone #, and emotional situations I have to look up to see bottom, and am still falling at an increasing rate.  I did a price check on a gasket set for my car's engine and got $170 price; which is bad enough, but without the tools.

Whaaaa damnit.  ( humor is getting harder to come by)

Sorry to hear all you are going through.  It's not right that one reaps all the rewards while another is left out in the cold....literally!  It made me very sad to hear about your situatuon.  Is there a homeless shelter nearby that you could stay at temporarily so you could get back on your feet?

As far as your last question, the answer is probably BOTH!  You are feeling depressed because you have been screwed...which makes a person want to give up.  BUT there is hope and you have friends here to talk to and offer you the hope and suggestions if you want us to.  Take care of you and keep us posted on what's happening! ***HUGS*** Jenilyn
