Can't get divorced from my Aggressive Narcisstic Spouse

I have been legally seperated from my SOD (Shadow of Death) spouse since June 2007. This is a Domestic Violence Divorce. I left after 6 years of emotional and verbal abuse to my kids and I. I was given full legal and physical custody of our 1 son together. My other 2 kids and mine 100% from a previou marriage. The judge took my son away due to the SWAT team having to come to our home becuase he held son hostage with guns and amon in house. SOD told Judge he was dumb, disabled and could not work. I was ordered to pay temp support of 1/2 my pay. All the time SOD lied to the court and was working making more than me and collecting support. After being fired for lying ( go figure) he took me back to court and got more spousal support. He now gets support and unemployment plus was collecting rent on our house that was in foreclosure until sold at auction in Jan 09. SOD is on lawyer no 6. I am my own counsel due to lack of funds. There is no end to this divorce. How can I get a Domestic Violence Divorce to end with an agreesive narcissist and no lawyer.I need help. He is trying to destroy me financially ( too late), phyically and mentally.

Scared and confused...

That is such a difficult and dangerous situation. You must be totally worn out. I am sorry I can't answer your question but maybe you could post it on Legal Answers and perhaps spaz would be able to offer you some pointers.

Good luck... my thoughts and prayers are with you.
