Had a great time with lenn last night!

Last night I had so much fun meeting Lenn! My sister insisted on coming with me since she did not trust me to meet with someone I met online. She was relieved to see that he was not loony and crazy, but interesting, smart, funny, and handsome! Just like how we see him!

I felt so comfortable the minute I met him. I felt like I have known him for years. Very grateful for the friendships that I have made throughout this painful moment in my life. There are bright spots however and this was one of them! :)

Glad you had a great time. And I think it's great that you got to spend time with someone who is going thru the same process as you are.

I'll agree with lenn. Your ex is certainly a damned fool.

From both this and lenn's post, it sounds like a great time had by all! During my last divorce in 2000, I had met several friends from an on-line divorce group, and it was great to be able to meet them face to face! I found the greatest thing was that all of them were exactly the way I pictured them, and on a sight like this where everyone is going through a catastrophic life change their hearts and souls are opened up. I am glad you both had a wonderful meeting! ; )

I also got to meet someone from here. And, we had a blast!

It's so cool to meet someone you've known online. You have established a bond before you even meet. It's great!

I think that is wonderful....Yes, friendships gained through this are one of the amazing benefits...He said nice things about you as well....I can't wait to meet you both.

I am sooo jealous!!! I can't imagine ever meeting anyone on this site....I have managed to argue, cry and fight ALL in one place...lol.

So do tell is Mr. Lenn shy? Computer is one thing...person...hmmmmmmm.

Weathering the storms and coming out stronger and wiser yet still full of wonder, joy and hope... friendships here seem to stand by it and carry that message through.
Thank you to all you Pioneers for setting such tone for this site. I feel very lucky to have found this source of support, my only regret being that when I stumbled upon it in August I didn't dare to join, I wish I haven't waited so long but very glad I came back... better late than never, right...
