Happy Anniversary to me!

Well, here it is one year later....another anniversary rolls around....and I am still not divorced.

I finally received the info on my pension...so I have to contact him this week to get the final issue resolved and this paperwork signed.

Basically, I want him to sign off on it and just give me 20% of the 401k, which would cover what he owes for the 5 months of not paying his share of the mortgage this year and the 6 weeks that all his salary went into his new 401k by mistake!!

Tonight I feel like a little headbanging...

Well Happy (un)anniversay Zuki. :-) Since you feel like a little headbanging why don't you go hang out at your stbx's pad - I'm sure they got the kegs and models and loud music all happening....(only prerequisite would be to have a midlife crisis and pretend to be 20yrs old...)

I hope all can be resolved quickly for you so you can begin your next phase of life without this hanging over you (I'm speaking to myself as well, ha).
