What is a Peaceful Divorce?

What is a peaceful divorce, anyway? Why should you care?

Divorce affects all of us. With over 50% of the married population divorcing, no one is really untouched by it.

Having been an agressive litigator for almost 15 years, I know what most divorces look like. A battle. A war. How could it really look like anything else when couples (and families!) have to break up using the aversarial system?

Now, for the past 12 years I have mediated family cases, divorce cases. To help create a peaceful resolution in an environment dedicated to inspiring creativity and empowerment in those who need it most.

Peaceful divorce
is always possible, and the desirable option when the decision to divorce has been thoughtfully made. All that is needed is some time to cool down and go within and reach that place where new visions are created.

Then put a team of dedicated divorce professionals together who are committed to the cause of peaceful divorce. They are out there. You can find many of them gathering at Peaceful Divorce.
