Visitation, working around our schedules, letting my child daddy misses her.

We got back together after a two month break up, we went ahead an re-did our parenting plan, child support.  Things wernt working out between us. So we went our own ways.  She only let's me see my little 2 year old girl when it is convient for her.  She doesn't want me to pay for day care, health insurance, just wants cash.  She is in the system, i don't want her to loose assistant, but i want to see my child more.  I quit my job any got a new one where i know more schedule an i am not a supervisor no more. Big decision it was, i took a 15,000 dollar a year pay cut so that little girl can know me! We have joint legal custody of her an thats it, last journal entry in court. What should i do, with-out getting a lawyer cause she can't afford one, an i don't want her to be finicially unstable. Please help.
