Thinking about starting a web site about cheaters

My local newspaper use to print the license plates of thos "Johns" caught pickingup hookers and I got the idea, could I start a web site about cheaters?

My idea -- which I'll need some legal advice on first -- was to post a picture of a cheating spouse with a short story about what happened. I thought it could be a site for posting the pictures of cheating husbands/wives and stories and maybe this could be somewhat of a data base to check someone out before you meet with them in real life.

 Any thoughts or advice?

I think that is a great idea!!  Especially when you have a spouse that is so charming when he is doing his job, like mine is!!  Let me know how it turns out??
