And the Winners Are....

And The Winners Are....

Recently, I asked single moms, “What do you desire?” — and Kelly, the first mama to respond, said:

“I want a quieter toy (ahem) so I don’t have to worry about my daughter, who sleeps in the next room, asking me what that buzzing noise was.”

Don’t you love it?

Kelly has won a copy of Desire: Women Write About Wanting, edited by Lisa Solod Warren. In honor of Valentine’s Day, Single Mom Seeking is on its way, too.

Then, I asked single dads to speak up (hey, where are you guys?)… and you did!

Crazy Computer Dad and Dr. J. – both very articulate, caring solo fathers of sons — have won copies of Trey Ellis‘ just-published Bedtime Stories: Adventures in the Land of Single-Fatherhood.

The first two single moms who commented — “Ladyfox” and Jessica – have won copies of Ellis’ bold, warm, sexy memoir, too.

“Ladyfox said: “Where are all these single dads? They are certainly not where I live! lol Where do you guys hang out and are single moms allowed?”

Jessica said: “All I have to say is…I LOVE SINGLE DADDIES. God bless them for stepping up to the plate and taking care of their children…. Some of us are even looking for you to date because you know what it is all about…The kids!”

Thank you so much for speaking up… Congrats to all of you!
