Celebrity Prenup Madness

Prenuptial agreements are fairly common these days, especially when there’s a lot of money involved. For celebrities with traditionally short-lived marriages, it’s practically unheard of to wed without some sort of prenup in place.

But some of the terms in these agreements can get pretty interesting. Here are a few, as reported in recent Newsday and Chicago Sun-Times stories:

The right to perform random drug tests. Financial penalties will be incurred if the results are positive.
Husband shall not watch more than one football game on Sundays during football season.
Husband will not be required to go on vacation with his mother-in-law.
A claim on all frequent-flier miles should the spouse be unfaithful.
A bonus of $100,000 each time the spouse is unfaithful.
Wife's weight shall be limited to 120 pounds; otherwise, she'll be forced to relinquish $100,000 of her separate property.

Geesh. Talk about an incentive to maintain your weight...or not...I think the worry of gaining weight would send me into a stress-eating spin.
