UK to Start Using Social Messaging as Divorce Evidence.

Married Britons may need to watch what they say on social networking sites such as Facebook and Bebo.  Lawyers warned that this information may be used in a divorce.

Flirtatious emails and suggestive messages sent through sites may be used in court as evidence in "unreasonable behavior" cases.  Even though individuals never meet in person, these social site messages could be grounds for divorce.

Here in the US, electronic evidence is already used in more and more divorce cases. This includes everything from emails to text messages.  As the frequency of cases based on electronic evidence increases, look for more spy software that exploits it to hit the market.
