I was out here yesterday quite abit, but really didn't have much to say for my blog so didn't say anything.  I did post some on other blogs, lots of good discussion lately.

I heard from my lawyer yesterday that we have a court date on Dec 3rd.  I've heard through the grapevine that my STBX is actively looking for a 1 month lease for the boyfriend to show he's not living there.  I wonder if that will work or if it will work against her in court.

My daughter and a friend came over last night.  We are having dinner just the two of us tonight.  My son is still very distant but so was my daughter for a bit.  Now my daughter is at my place more than her other home.  Her friends seem very comfortable at my place and that is important.

I meet my lady friends mother tomorrow.  She's coming in from Canada for a month visit.  A little nervous but I've met the rest of the family and that's gone well.

On Friday I'm off for a long weekend of Art, Food, and Wine in Palm Desert.  There is supposed to be about 500 people attending this festival and some top wineries and chefs from around the country.  That takes care of 3 of my 4 favorite indulgences.
