Did something for myself today

And it feels good...Bought myself a gym membership today, signed up for a year, merry christmas to me...I moved out of our home six weeks ago after finding out he cheated on me, no not once, but multiple times over the last 25 years, this last affair was going on for amost 4 years...so I moved to another town 30 miles away, work at night...tired of sitting in this little apartment all day...now that I have so much less work to do because I'm  not taking care of him...gonna work out, take some classes, go swimming, get in the whirlpool, so excited...like they say, the best revenge is living well!!

The best revenge...

My wife divorced me after 10 years because she said she didn't love me anymore.  I've been depressed for weeks, but lately have been going to the gym every day, even twice a day.  Losing a lot of weight, feeling better about myself, and looking better has done wonders for me.  A good friend of mine stated it very clearly:  You want to really get revenge on her?  Go workout...take care of yourself...lose the weight and feel fantastic.  When she see's you, even if she doesn't really care, believe me..she will notice that you've changed.  In the end, it's better for you physically and psychologically.

Change yourself, and the world will be drawn to your new self.  It's hard work, but believe me it's worth it.
