Seeking solace 

Today, I've found a new tool that has connected me to people I can really relate to during this season of my life.  I'd be willing to do almost anything to feel better, to move on, to forget, to run down a new path of life to light and love.  Perhaps one day I'll read this and say, "This day marked the beginning of my recovery."

I know I'm moving on even though I cannot see evidence.

I think that is a great idea. I'm going to start writing everyday too. I think it will help to think of a year goal. I have a friend who always buys cotton balls. The bags have 90 of them in it. She measures her life by cotton balls. Really. She'll say to me, 'I wonder how my life will be different in 90 days, when this bag is empty".

you're right. one day you will look back on this and see change and recovery. i remember the first day i realized i would be getting a divorce (the day he told me that is)....i kept thinking to myself 'ok...one year from today will be better'. and it was. and will be for you too. i bet if you wrote every day.....a year from now you will be amazed at the changes.
