Mr. Viola is a partner with the firm of Shainberg & Viola, which specializes in the area of family law/domestic relations. He is also a past Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on the Legal Rights of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Mr. Viola is a member of the Family Law Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and was a member of the Philadelphia County Domestic Relations Rules Committee. He has been an instructor in the area of domestic relations for PBI and for area pro bono organizations including Philadelphia VIP and the Legal Clinic for the Disabled. He was the 1993-1994 recipient of an Award of Appreciation from the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the 1998 recipient of The Michael K. Smith Excellence in Service Award, and the recipient of Awards of Appreciation from the Legal Clinic for the Disabled in 1995, 2002 and 2006.
